This plan identifies the workforce capability required by NHMRC to meet its objectives, now and into the future.
The Strategic Workforce Plan (SWP) provides an assessment of the agency’s operating environment and the composition of its current workforce and capabilities. Drawing on this information, the SWP identifies people management strategies to be implemented with the aim of maintaining and developing a workforce capability that meets the agency’s and the government’s needs.
