Important Action for Users of Minimum Data Report

NHMRC has identified a recent issue relating to a report containing unintended additional information for users who downloaded the minimum data report from Monday 25 November 2024 to Tuesday 26 November 2024.

Data contained in the report included personal information (limited to the title, first name, last name and email address of RAOs and CIs) and information relating to the application (limited to ‘minimum data’ fields from applications). The system error has since been rectified.  

NHMRC kindly requests users who downloaded the minimum data report between Monday 25 November 2024 to Tuesday 26 November 2024, to delete this information and any associated files at their earliest convenience and refrain from sharing the contents with others. NHMRC also requests that all RAOs and CIs are informed of this error and provide assurance that the error has been fixed.
