Investigator Grants - Communications Approach
In response to RAO feedback we are aiming to increase transparency, fairness and consistency of Help Centre responses to frequently asked questions about Investigator Grants policy.
For any policy clarifications, applicants should contact their Research Administration Officer (RAO) for assistance. If further clarification is required, RAOs can contact NHMRC’s Research Help Centre on 1800 500 983 (+61 2 6217 9451 for international callers) or by email.
Our approach to enquiries will be as follows:
- Enquiries from individual applicants will be redirected to the Administrative Institution’s RAO.
- Frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding scheme policy will be collated and then responded to via the scheme’s FAQ document on GrantConnect. NHMRC will advise if an enquiry will be responded to via the FAQ document which will be updated as needed.
- RAOs will be referred to the FAQ document when a specific enquiry has already been addressed in the FAQ document.
The final addenda (FAQ) will be released 30 January 2019. All policy enquiries should be submitted by COB 29 January 2019.
NHMRC’s Research Help Centre will continue to provide technical assistance to both applicants and RAOs.
