The decision about whether to introduce a change in the structure of our grant program is incredibly important and the Office of NHMRC is working through a number of details before we present the proposal to Government. I will advise the sector about the final decision on the proposed new grant program and its implementation as soon as possible.

I have also provided an update in the Australian Society for Medical Research’s newsletter (April Issue).
